UI/UX designer
Interfaces that solve the product problem: flows, a design system and a clean handoff. AI is part of the daily work.
5+ yearsFigma, design system
What we need
- 5+ years of commercial UI/UX
- A portfolio of real Figma projects: your own work or a key role. We want the process, not only the final screens: research, flows, iterations
- SaaS, CRM, web platforms, e-commerce, B2B and B2C, or mobile apps
- Figma at a high level: Auto Layout, Variables, components and variants, tokens, a design system, Dev Mode
- A design system or UI kit you have built and maintained
- Information architecture, user flows, CJM, wireframes and prototypes
- Accessibility and responsive layout
- Decisions grounded in metrics, not only in taste
- Interactive prototypes in Figma, Framer, ProtoPie or similar
- User research, usability tests, competitor reviews, and how people behave in the product
- Graphics: icons, banners, simple illustrations
- Handoff: specs, tokens, Dev Mode
AI in the daily work
In 2026, AI is part of a designer's work. We want practical use, not a one-time look at a tool.
- You move through drafts faster
- You generate concepts
- You build user flows
- You use AI in research
- You write short interface copy
- You prepare graphics and references
- You take routine off the critical path
- You raise the quality of the final result
You can explain which AI tools you use every day and where they sit in your process.
